Cake recipe using vegetable glycerin?

I have food grade vegetable glycerin and I have almost all of it left and I would like to make a cake and use it!!! I need a recipe for a vanilla or chocolate cake, maybe even a spice cake. If there is a way to substitute sugar for glycerin that would be appreciated as well!! Thank you!!
