Can log in to normal Windows but not able to log in to Safe mode?

If the user that appears is Administrator then there usually is no password, unless you have set a password on that user.(if you are on windows xp then type Administrator in the username field and leave the password field empty) to enter this classic mode try ctrl+alt+del.
