On a $250 food budget, I need to gain 30lbs in the next 3 months, I need about a 3000 calorie a day meal plan?
I want to drink 1 protein shake maybe make my own or Ensure Plus (what would you suggest, which is cheaper?) and 2 Protein meal bars extra, please suggest for bar too. Any ideals on foods? I think I will just eat 3x a day. My current height is 5'6 and I am 116lbs, very skinny, I will be exercising and I am trying to transform my body. So all suggestions are welcomed, and I need groceries meal plans to equal 3000 calories to help me gain weight I will be very active in the process.
