If a married couple convert to Catholicism must they get remarried in the Catholic church?
I believe Catholics do not recognize marriages outside their church as being valid. So if a couple convert to become Catholic are they given a marriage ceremony along with the confirmation ceremony to ensure they are not committing adultery between services?
