well hotmail might have blocked it for some reason or some 1 has hacked you ive been hacked be for and they changed all my recovery questions the only way i got it back is i sent in a keyloger threw 1 of my other email to the 1 that was hacked and i got the password threw that but i dont no it could be a # of things
