I agree, you are constipated. The fruit may do the trick. If it does not, then try some LBSII or some Gentle Move. (Not recommended for long term use). Add more water to your diet as well. Whatever you weigh, divide it by 2 and that's the amount of ounces per day YOUR body needs. Sometimes it may be necessary for an enema to get things going as unpleasant as that sounds.
